There is one person on television who has risen to the top of his field. He is an innovator, a leader, and he gets results. He is more inspirational than Dr. Phil and Oprah, a better leader than Donald Trump.

The man, of course, is Cesar Millan. The show is National Geographic Channel's "Dog Whisperer," in which Millan goes into a home and trains dogs -- and, more importantly, their masters -- in days. Read the rest ...

I love the Dog Whisperer... Of course, I spend more time watching the show than actually following Cesar Milan's tips, but hey - baby steps. ;)
