So, you all know by now that I've been singing the praises of Showtime for ages -- since I fell in love with Queer as Folk before it got kind of bad in its mid- to late seasons -- and now it's really reached a high point with the upcoming shows This American Life and The Tudors, in addition to Dexter, Brotherhood and Weeds. HBO's programming lineup isn't holding a candle to Showtime's right now, so if you have to choose, it's no contest.

But if I still haven't convinced you, I have one last ploy. I am going to tell you how to watch the first two episodes of The Tudors online for free (and, unlike many of the free TV offerings online these days, it's high-quality and seems to be glitch-free).
