How much does Oswald hate you right now? | April 30, 2007
I know the Teletubbies quote was pretty funny, but it was much funnier when Oswald said, "How much do I hate you right now?" or something like that to the military guy who he had been walking back and forth past (and, to be fair, I felt that guy was hiding way better than the previous people's pilots).
At any rate, I KNEW my guys would be out, but that didn't mean it didn't hurt to watch. That said, I am now rooting with all my heart for Eric and Danielle, even though I felt they shouldn't be on the race since they aren't an original team. If you feel I need to explain my position, don't worry: I already did.
Most people don't agree with me about who should win (I even have a $7,000 bet with Nolan on the outcome; I say Eric and Danielle, he says Dustin and Kandice -- but neither of us can afford to pay that, so it will just go in the bank of bets we make and cannot pay on; I believe he owes me about $4 million currently).

Eric and Danielle with "all your heart"?? Now, you broke my heart! Haha. Just can't stand their bad attitude... the obsessive insults of the teams (incl. Danny and Oswald) that dared to use a valid/legal part of the game on them put the nail in the proverbial coffin for them to me... a pair of babies! But, as I said in my post today, it's the lesser of 3 evils and pretty hard to root for any of the teams...
So not that I like it (at all), but my preference (can I get any less excited than that?)is the Queens... for their competitive nature and positive internal team spirit (though that looks like its in danger given the finale previews).

Hee hee... I jumped on your post too quickly (can you tell I'm having a slow work day?)... thanks for the further explanation/added link about Eric and Dani, I wanted just a little less enthusiasm about them and the Oregon Live piece did just that. I totally understand the logic... really! :-) It's still fun to debate which team we dislike least!

I have to say that I am hoping that the Beauty Queens will win, even though I very much disliked them in their original season. But they are the most positive team with each other, (so far), and I would love to see an all girl team win, especially all stars. And I just don't like Eric at all, and Charla and Mirna just annoy me way too much, I can not believe they are in the final three, I just can't. I know I'm going to be missing Danny and Oswald a lot in the final episode!

Ok so yeah, I should have read your other post first, I get your logic completely, but I still don't like the way Eric treats Danielle, so I just can't be behind them. But I totally get your points, and you almost persuaded me, I must say, and really as long as it isn't Charla and Mirna I will be happy.

I see your point about Eric and Danielle, but it took me this whole race to come around to cheering for the Beauty Queens and as usual I agree with Ed. I watched Oswald and Danny's (I just love those guys) perspective on the Beauty Queens on the TAR website--not good. Now I'm divided. I will hate it if Charla and Mirna win. I find it sad that we're debating our desired outcome based on which team we find the least unlikeable.
